What are the problems? What are the associated solutions? Why?
In my entire product career, that's been the single most important framework for clear communication and organization.
Someone wants to propose an idea? Ok — what's the problem? Does their idea - the solution - address it? Why? Is the argument robust?
Someone wants to propose a process? What's the problem their trying to solve? Do they have clear logic for whether it will solve it?
